Terms and Conditions

1. The scheme is run by Vanstone Park Garden centre.

2. The card should be presented at the tills in the garden shop and outdoor plant centre. The restaurant is not included in the scheme but from time to time exclusive offers will offered to reward card holders.

3. Points (equivalent to 5% of your purchase) accumulated over every 3 month period will be sent to you in the form of a voucher with other offers. Minimum amount that will be sent equivalent to £2.50.

4. The voucher is valid for a further 2-month period – please lookout for expiry date on the voucher.

5. The Voucher has no cash value and can only be exchanged for future purchases at the garden centre.

6. Vanstone Park Garden Centre reserves the right to decline issue, withdraw the card or alter its conditions at any time or terminate the facility without notice.

7. Points will not be awarded against selected products, bottled gas, gift vouchers. No points are available from our franchise partners – all clothing from Tigi, Viz-a- Viz and Stormafit.

8. The card cannot be used to qualify for additional benefits such as promotional weekends, special offer vouchers, sale or clearance lines.

9. The reward card is not a payment, credit or cheque guarantee card.

10. Returned purchases which have qualified for points must be accompanied by the reward card so that points may be adjusted accordingly.

11. All information provided to Vanstone Park will only be used by the Garden Centre.

12. Only One letter with points will be sent per one postal address. More than one card can be assigned to that postal address.


In Store Purchases

All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, up to and including the point of transaction.


Returns Policy

  • You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date on the receipt.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with tags and with proof of purchase.
  • Returned items may be exchanged for an alternative item or for a credit note, to be used against future purchases
  • We do not offer an exchange or credit note on selected earrings and jewellery.
  • Any returns from delivered products must be returned to store before reimbursement.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights


Hardy Plant Guarantee

We are confident that your plant purchase will thrive in your garden but with the uncertainties of nature, sometimes this won't be the case.

To offer you peace of mind, we guarantee all of our container-grown hardy plants (i.e. non-tender shrubs and perennials) for 2-years, providing it has received reasonable care, has our plant label where possible and is returned with proof of purchase, and we will happily offer you a replacement or a credit note


Deliveries

Certain items purchased in store, may be available for delivery. This can be ascertained by enquiring with a member of our team. All goods must be paid for before delivery arrangements are processed. All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. We are unable to deliver Flo Gas
